Mendip Developments are a Private Property Development company based in Wiltshire, its run by directors Aaron Pierce and Gary Bull, who are both qualified in many areas of construction with many years of experience in Residential Development.

Established in 2005 we have over 12 years of building exceptional quality homes locally for our customer’s, we only work with the best Architects and Consultants to achieve the quality we are so passionate about.

Our site management team’s are fully trained and certificated, and we believe our sites are run smoothly and safely from start through to finish.
Our customers have peace of mind knowing that Mendip Developments is a local Wiltshire based company and nothing is a problem when it comes to helping if required.

As all local agents who sell our product know we are very proud of our long reputation in building new homes, we like to carry this through from the start of you’re purchase right through the first six months of moving into your new home, All of our new homes come with a 10 year structural defect insurance.
